We all have the desire to get fit and feel great. In business since January 2022, I have been serving the Andover area for 3 years in my private studio and 10+ years as a Personal Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor/Pilates Reformer Instructor at the Andover YMCA.
The methods I use at Pilates Sculpt and Fitness are what make me so unique. I find out what’s important to you and design a customized regimen for you. This allows me to help you achieve your goals in record timing. I have everything you need—knowledge, experience and equipment. Get started today!

Welcome to my studio! I have over 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise and Pilates Reformer instructor at the Andover YMCA. Certified in multiple formats including TRX, Kettlebell, Medicine Balls, Barre, Mat Pilates, Adaptive Yoga, High Intensity Interval Training, Turbo Kick, Piyo, Yoga Sculpt, Core Conditioning, SoulFusion, and Pilates Reformer - I have helped countless clients reach their goals. I was one of the top instructors of Pilates Reformer for the Twin Cities YMCA averaging 8-10 full classes a week. I’m excited to take my business to the next level and open my own studio to continue serving the Andover area. I’d love to have you come experience the Pilates Reformer or Personal Training at Pilates Sculpt and Fitness!

Come to one of 3 class options and workout with other members. Small 4 person classes offers attention to form and individualized goals.

Personal Training In Studio
Not a class person, that's ok. You can come yourself to training on the reformer or add a friend and do a duo training. Personalized training to meet your individual needs and goals.

Personal Training In Your Home/Your Pilates Reformer Machine
Prefer to work out of the comfort of your home on your own equipment, no problem. I can come to your home for the personal training rates plus mileage.
